More Summer Layouts...

Still trying to tackle the July photos.   This is almost the last of them. We had a fabulous 3-day Keddington reunion where we hiked to Timp Cave.  More details about this event on Catherine's blog here.  Her family was in charge of it this year and it was marvelous.

This particular image of Ethen and Gordon I singled out.  These boys were connected the entire hike.  They held hands the whole way up; and here on the way down, they stopped for a rest.  The weariness is evident on their blank stares.  But I love that they are still stuck together, perched on the very end of a long bench.
