December 2015 Digital Layouts

These are the last two layouts to go into this book.  I'm getting the cover ready and sending it to Shutterfly to have it printed!

The trees are from Carina Garder's O Christmas Tree collection, but I recolored them.  The wordart is from Ali Edwards and the 25 is from In A Creative Bubble.

This is a really old Ali Edwards template that I expanded to two pages.

December 2015 Calendar Pages

Sneaking in my December pages. I'm hoping to have this book to the printer in the next few days. Yay!

Daily December Week 3

DAY 17

DAYS 18 & 19

DAY 20

I put the letters the kids got from Santa in the envelope they came in and just hole punched them to put them in the binder.  I added a sticker tab to them that says "pull" so you know to take them out.

DAY 21

I had a few extra photos that I wanted to add to Day 21, but didn't want to do another full layout.  I just put a 4x6 pocket page in the middle and called it good!

DAYS 22 & 23

I cut the "believe" word from glitter paper and I made both the star cards myself.

This is a continuation of Day 23.

I made the "twas the Night before Christmas" wordart myself.

I cut the "magic" word from glitter paper.  The cute reindeer stickers are from Target's Dollar Spot.  The back of this page has 4 more reindeer stickers and more images from our gift opening.

This will be the last page in my album.  I really had plans to keep it going until Dec 31, as we are heading to Utah and I will be taking lots more pictures.

However, I decided to keep those images and include them in my family album for the month of December, just as I have last year.

Daily December Week 2

DAYS 9 & 10

I went to  Starbucks to see what kind of bag they had this year, and they didn't!  So I was super happy when I found this one from last year in my stash.  I put the program from the choir performance that Maya and I sang in.  The wood veneer is from my stash as well.  I think I picked them up at Michaels last year or the year before.

DAY 12

DAY 13
I made the "cup of cheer" stamp on my new Microsoft Surface Book.  I finally got a new computer and am loving the versatility of it, with it's ability to act like a laptop, a tablet with a pen, and I also hook it up to my new huge curved monitor and use it like a desktop.  Best of all worlds!

DAY 14

DAY 15

DAY 16

I wanted to incorporate the super cool R2-D2 snowflake that Ethen got at school.  I think it fits perfectly here, on the opening day of Star Wars: Rogue One.  I just taped it in a page protector and sliced a hole where it didn't quite fit.  I may go back and stitch over it to keep it secure, but so far I haven't done that.

I picked up some super cute Star Wars gift tags at Five Below and included one here.

Daily December Week 1

I used Ali Edward's "Reason Why" free printable for the opening page.

Each day shows a picture of Noel, our Elf, who likes to spoil the kids.  They've been talking about her arrival since Halloween.  I also include pictures(s) of something we did that day.  So far, the beginning of our December has been overflowing with activities.

Here's a closer look at the word strip tree and sequin tree.

I decided to incorporate some of In A Creative Bubble's Snowfall and Joyful digital printables into my album.

Daily December 2016

Once again, I'm going to document each day of December in a mini album.  The products I've chosen this year have a fun winter color theme.  I've pulled some things from my stash as well as ordered some new things.  Here's a look at all of it together.

This is my first time ordering from Hip Kit Club.  I loved what they had put together for their November kit, so I grabbed me one.  These are their exclusive products, only available with their kits.

The Hip Club kit also comes with some items from Crate Paper's Snow and Cocoa line.  I was originally going to use this line, but decided that I'd order from Hip Kit and get a bit of both.  All pictured items come in the Hip Club kit except for the puffy stickers.  I ordered those separately from Amazon.

I had these products left over from Pinkfresh's 2015 Oh Joy! collection, and I thought they matched nicely.

Lastly, I've got some miscellaneous products that I'll be using.  The album I'm going to put it all in is a leather Simple Stories 6x8 teal binder.  There are some American Craft thickers (that came in the Hip Kit) and I picked up the cute reindeer from Target's Dollar Spot.  The Recollections packages of Christmas 3D stickers I got at Michaels.

My goal is to blog a week at a time for 4 total blog posts for Daily December 2016.
