Rodeo Houston

We attended Rodeo Houston twice this year.  Dave got me tix to see Dierks Bentley for Valentines' Day.  It was so great!  Best concert in a long time.  We decided that the kids would really enjoy it as well.  Marcel was able to get us some free tickets to Luke Bryan in a corporate suite.  We took the kids to the carnival first and they had fun riding the rides.  I loved that they were singing along to Luke Bryan.  While I was resisting the fried oreos and pickles, ...

my gorgeous and super-studly husband did some chin-ups at the Marine exhibit.  He had to do 20 to win the top spot and a t-shirt.  He made it to 19.  I think if he wasn't wearing those 20lb boots, he could have done it -- no problem ;)  The Marines wanted to recruit him until they asked how old he was.  Oh well, maybe Ethen in a few years...
